Sport mirrors life. Our founder Nick Ugoalah has an elite level athletic background as a Commonwealth games gold medalist and a multiple times national champion. He has trained athletes to go from nearly giving up to qualifying for the Olympic games and becoming world champions. We bring that elite level knowledge and experience to serve you.

Organizational Coaching – Working with a major Non profit organization, our assessment identified that staff felt unacknowledged by management, desired increased personal and professional development, and were suffering from poor work/life balance. As a result of their engagement with our coaching team, results showed improved ROI on individual performance by the executive team, progress in life balance, and the executives began modeling a collaborative style that created greater buy-in from the organization.
Strategic Consulting – CEO’s of a fast growing organization of 165+ employees approached us wanting to shift from a management to a leadership focus. They were exhausted from being too much in the business with no time to work on the business. Our team identified that the CEO’s were unfocused and overworked from performing too many administrative and management duties. Our comprehensive diagnostic identified specific changes to their management structure that allowed financial targets to be achieved in half the time projected.
