UGOFIT Training

There is a vast world out there, and I love to enjoy it. Staying fit is the best insurance that there is enough energy left over to do that. Imagine waking in the mornings to the feeling of firm, toned muscles. You possess enough energy resources that have gone untapped since childhood, energy that carries you through the day. You have increased self esteem in knowing that you look good. My plan is a distillation of what I have learned, a stimulating workout that will make you see and tone those muscles that will reshape the new you and tips on posture (with special back exercises), sleep and relaxation, to reduce stress and guide you to a brighter attitude towards life.

Proper Diet

UGOFIT nutrition shows you how to win the food and diet game. Along with physical maintenance, machines need fuel, and many of you in order to reach your UGOFIT goals will be making dramatic changes in the fuel that you feed your machine. There are a multitude of  of fashionable diets and pieces of dietary advice available and reality is you can shred holes into all of them. UGOFIT nutrition will address how you should nourish the body so that it can function properly, and how to alter your dietary habits for the better. Don't think of this as a diet. The Main nutritional concern is achieving a clean, balanced diet (food). Then we'll discuss nutritional supplementation (vitamins, minerals and protein). Supplements supplement the core eating program, they aren't meant to replace nutritious eating. The nutritional plan in this program has been developed to instill lifetime habits. 

Motivation

Please do not make the mistake and fool yourself, it takes commitment and work on your part to transform your body. But since the work will lead directly to self-improvement, you'll find yourself looking forward to the next workout.
